We should protect ourself and others from infection by washing hands or using an alcohol based handwash frequently , maintaining physical distance from others mainly from those with symptoms, covering coughs, quarantine, and keep unwashed hands away from the face.
COVID Antibodies
An antibody test can be only determined by gathering blood either through a finger prick or from the vein. The sample is tested to check whether you have developed the antibodies against the virus. The immune system produces these antibodies which are proteins that are crucial for fighting and erase the virus. It normally takes one to two weeks after somebody gets sick with COVID-19 for their body to make antibodies, some people may take longer time to develop antibodies. If the results shows you have antibodies, then it indicates that you were probably infected with COVID-19 at some ponit of time in the past. It also means that you have some immunity.
